Cost-effective savings, or why Rosomak is costly [ OPINION]

Last year, the Polish Army ordered fresh Rosomak transporters in a combat version for the first time in 2 decades. However, they are much more costly than vehicles previously contracted. What are the reasons for specified a large increase in the cost of the Polish conflict platform?
