The historical mission of the Chang’e-6 probe (chin. 嫦娥六号) to the dark side of the Moon is underway. The intent of this mission is to bring to Earth the collected lunar ground from sites previously not visited by all erstwhile manned and unmanned missions.
An earlier Chinese lunar mission named Chang’e-5, carried out in 2020, aimed to bring samples taken from the surface of the Silver Globe on its ‘clear’ side. And it was the first successful mission of this kind since NASA's Apollo program in the 1970s.
On board the Chang’e-6 mission are 3 sets of technological instruments developed in the framework of global cooperation with scientists from France, Italy and the European Space Agency. They are the equipment of the probe lander. A tiny satellite from Pakistan is aboard an orbiter.

China carried out their first manned space mission in 2003. They became the 3rd country, after the USSR/Russia and the U.S., which sent a man to space alone. From November 2022 China has its own three-modal space station, which will be expanded to six modules.
By 2030, China plans to send the first of its cosmonauts (tajconuts) to the Moon. At the same time, they intend to bring dirt samples from Mars (which the Chinese probe is already working on).
From 2026 to 2035, China (with Russia) plans to build a manned investigation station on the Moon. From 2036, it is to be the place of life and work of subsequent investigation crews.

These are just any of the goals of an increasingly ambitious Chinese space program.
