Power loves spectacular gestures. Cutting ribbons, flashes of cameras, smiles from ear to ear – this is their element. erstwhile you gotta do something specific, the stairs abruptly appear. But erstwhile an chance comes to a media setup, ministers throw themselves into conflict like a flock of hungry wolves. This was besides the case this time – in Strocie Śląski, where after 5 months of flooding the temporary kindergarten was yet opened. But who was the focus? Children? Parents? Not at all! The most crucial thing was that ministers Moss-Kamish and Kiervinski They could sing.

Temporary kindergarten is an investment for PLN 13 million, financed by the state. It should be apparent that children are the heroes of the day. Kindergartens who lost their facility in floods, their families, teachers – they should be in the foreground. But no, politicians entered the phase and decided to service national karaoke. Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz and Minister Marcin Kierwiński with a serious dignity worthy of the founding fathers sang the Polish anthem.

The problem is that children who would have the right to feel that this day is for them, have stayed behind the wall. There, in the hallway, they could sing, but not with politicians anymore, but somewhere in the background. After all, the show must continue, and there was no place for those who truly should be at the center of events on that day in the show entitled “The large Government Gives Up Kindergarten”.

Look out! I don't show the movie due to the children's welfare.

Art of pump without circumstance

There is something fascinating about how politicians can usage another people's tragedies for their own self-promotion. Flood tragedy? The perfect chance to show up! 13 million PLN for temporary containers? We gotta make this a success! And that individual on the another side of the wall would be more entitled to participate right now? Well, political ego is bigger than common sense.

Now imagine an alternate version of this event. The ministers are coming, but it's the children and the teachers who are in the foreground. They cut the ribbon. It's what you see on the recordings, they're heard in the media. Sounds unreal, doesn't it? due to the fact that unfortunately, in reality, politicians are not here to support, but to advance themselves.
