Judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska has convened another general assembly of judges of the Constitutional Tribunal for 10 November. She wants to change the "archaic" rules of the Constitutional Tribunal's work in order to velocity up the proceedings of about 1,200 cases pending in the Tribunal since the PiS government
