JKM, meanwhile, believes that "gen Czesław Kiszczak has succeeded again" and added: "No 1 will halt us... unless we pull the brake ourselves." The thing is, he's not self-criticizing. These words are likely addressed to his organization colleagues, and he himself has a clear conscience.
