Korean engines to Crab. The Hanwha and HSW Agreement

The subject of the agreement signed on 7 April between Hanwha Aerospace and Huta Stalowa Wola is the transportation of complete drive units to the self-propelled crab cannons. The contract of about $280 million (about PLN 1.1 billion) provides for the transportation of 87 powerpacks from the Republic of Korea to Poland from 2026 to 28. The same drive teams are utilized in K9A1 Thunder Haubices in the service of the Polish Army. There are many indications that vehicles will besides receive them in the mark variant K9PL.
