Korea's rocket shield on fire. Seoul is measuring up

South Korean news agency Yonhap reported on Tuesday that the effort to shoot down a rocket utilizing the L-SAM strategy developed by South Korea was a success. The strategy is to be part of a rocket shield protecting the country from the threat from North Korea.
