North Korea is most likely building a fresh uranium enrichment centre

Speaking on Monday in Vienna at a gathering of the IAEA Board of Governors, Grossi pointed out that the agency headed by him monitors the construction of a fresh facility at the Jongbjon atomic investigation Centre. The fresh facility resembles the existing uranium enrichment plant in Kangson close Pyongyang.
