The ceremony, during which the symbolic handover of the first RCH 155 self-propelled gunboat took place on 13 January. It was attended by the German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius and Ukrainian Ambassador to this country Alexey Makeiev. Both the first vehicle transferred and 5 consecutive units will stay in Germany. They will be utilized to train Ukrainian artillerymen, learn maintenance and make appropriate procedures.
