Public consultation on the revision of EU animal welfare legislation

Until 16 July 2025, the public consultation of the European Commission's initiatives on animal welfare on holdings for certain animals may be carried out: an amendment to EU legislation. The intent of the consultation is to gather a broad scope of opinions and comments on the initiative taken to guarantee that the final legislative proposals are not only effective but besides reflect the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
