I agree with Nawrock in one: Constitution needs to be changed. Although my proposal would most likely politically "kill him".
The most infunctional provisions of the Polish Constitution dated 2 April 1997 concern the office of President:
election in general elections,
the anticipation of blocking the work of the government,
appointment and promotion of judges,
the right of grace without any conditions,
any award.
