Constitution needs to be changed

I agree with Nawrock in one: Constitution needs to be changed. Although my proposal would most likely politically "kill him".

The most infunctional provisions of the Polish Constitution dated 2 April 1997 concern the office of President:

  • election in general elections,

  • the anticipation of blocking the work of the government,

  • appointment and promotion of judges,

  • the right of grace without any conditions,

  • any award.

One of the participants in the work on the constitution erstwhile told me that it was clear from the beginning that Alexander Kwasniewski would be the president, and at the end of the work he was, and under him the powers of the head of state were adapted. He was to “keep the solitariates in check”. Shortsightedness in pure form.

Effect? The strategy is inoperable:

  1. President from the same camp what the government becomes a proverbial "long-writing".

  2. President from the opposition camp becomes a brake on the state — vetoes, blocks, conducts the politics of its organization against the government. That was for Andrew Duda. Nawrocks in his message even announced that he would paralyze the government. It doesn't substance that this government, like him, was elected by the nation — the part that voted for democracy, or 11,624,868 citizens, Nawrocki already "rewards".
Ah, where are these times of “fallification of the law” for Wałęsy?
present we have a political import of Donald Trump's kind — and this is how Nawrocks will work: no resistance. PiS has already trampled on the constitution, now it is time to dismantle the EU accession treaty, ratified by late Lech Kaczyński.

  3. In both variants the President And so he conducts his camp's political campaign: handing out the distinctions to "his own," pardoning "his own," appointing judges of his faithful organization — destroying the 3 divisions of power and the regulation of law.

Why do we request a president like that?

In 2024 his law firm's budget was PLN 859 million — or PLN 2.3 million per day. For what?

How about Italy or Germany?
The president elected by the National Assembly by a qualified majority and performing only representation functions.
Let the government elected by citizens rule, and it is controlled by an independent court and independent judges
