President Karol Nawrocki made it clear at Constitution Day 3 May: the current strategy needs change. "It is essential to modernise the 1997 constitution or change it," he stressed, pointing to the chaos resulting from the division of power into 2 centres.
President Nawrocki estimated that today's problems of Poland are systemic alternatively than political.
