Keyly, these digital papers will have the same legal power as those issued by the court.

The second crucial novelty is access to data from the National Court Register. This function will let to easy get information about entities (e.g. companies, foundations, associations) with which the user of the application is associated through his PESEL number – for example as a board associate or associate. This will facilitate verification of legal position and registration data without having to log in to the NRS.

Implementation of specified crucial changes takes time. According to the work schedule, the government plans to adopt the bill in the 3rd 4th of 2025. The fresh regulations and related functions in the mCitizen app would enter into force on 31 March 2026.
