An integrated alarm strategy with central siren launch, implementation of cell broadcast technology, improvement of anti-drone clusters and adaptation of existing cellars to ad hoc hiding places – these are the main directions of civilian protection activities presented by Minister of Interior and Administration Marcin Kierwiński during the inauguration of the First Podlaskie safety Forum. The head of the ministry stressed that Poland must undergo a profound doctrinal change: from a crisis consequence based on a "common move" to a systemic, long-term construction of social resilience following the model of Scandinavian states.
