End of subway construction. Warsaw breaks, Kraków resigns

Not in 2035, but 10–15 years later. The subway leaves Krakow. The city authorities argue that the erstwhile deadlines are unrealistic. In turn Warsaw has not yet made a decision erstwhile it will begin building the 3rd line. This means that in 2027 no 1 will build a subway in Poland.
