The U.S. legislature voted advanced tariffs for trading with Russia. How will the fresh US regulations hit their allies?

The home of Representatives voted on Wednesday the law on sanctions against Russia and duties on goods from countries purchasing Russian oil and gas. The bill, which the legislature had previously adopted, gives the president the power to impose up to 100% duties, including on EU countries.
