A conflict of interest? The prof. rejects the charges
Prof. Marek Chmaj in conversation with RMF FM strongly denies the existence of a conflict of interest in connection with his participation in the habilitation committee. The lawyer emphasizes that he has been active in parliamentary law for 30 years and is simply a associate of the technological Council of the Institute of Law of the University of SWPS, making him an appropriate individual to measure the technological acquis.
