The discussion besides brought back the subject of the US-Russia talks and the inability to establish peace in Ukraine if Ukraine does not participate in the negotiations. The conference was prepared by the legislature Defence Committee in cooperation with the Community for Democracy (Community of Democracy), an intergovernmental coalition of 30 countries working to promote, defend and strengthen democracy in the world.
