As Tomczyk said on platform X:

For many days we have been examining the results of the elections – the committee after the committee. We analysed 31,627 regional electoral commissions across Poland.

The Deputy Chief of the Ministry of Defence announced that he would submit an individual electoral protest himself, and on Monday a akin step will be taken by the staff of Rafał Trzaskowski. Cezary Tomczyk presented, as he himself put it, a "five proofs" that rise his concerns about the conduct of the elections.

Five Reasons

Among the 5 arguments put forward by Cezary Tomczyk to dispute the election process, the first place was a crucial increase in the number of invalid votes with the ‘X’ double mark in committees where Rafał Trzaskowski gained an advantage in the first round. This increase was on average 149.9%, while in the committees where Nawrocki was victorious, it was only 44.6%, which means over 3 times the difference. According to Tomczyk, this may be a phenomenon of mass nullification of votes.

The second argument afraid an overall increase in the number of invalid votes, in peculiar empty ballot cards. In the committees with the advantage of Trzaskowski, this increase reached 177.5% on average, while where Nawrocki won – 77.9%. The difference in excess of 4 times was considered statistically unjustified and required careful verification.

The 3rd evidence was based on an analysis of the results of the 3800 electoral commissions, in which there was much higher than the projected support for Nawrocki. On the basis of the model developed by UCE Research, it was established that in 800 of these committees the candidate obtained at least 33% more votes than expected. In total, this gave over 36,000 surplus votes. By comparison, akin cases in favour of Trzaskowski afraid 200 committees and about 4 000 votes, indicating a ratio of 9:1.

The 4th argument was the situation from Krakow and Minsk Mazowiecki, where misallocation of results was detected – the differences reached hundreds of votes. The correction took place only after media and citizens intervened, which, according to Tomczyk, shows the ineffectiveness of the electoral oversight system, since specified a serious mistake was initially overlooked.

The 5th and final evidence referred to the possible impact of tiny vote transfers on the country-wide election outcome. The calculations show that it would be adequate to postpone 7 votes in each of the 31,627 committees in order to get a full of 442,778 votes – which could be adequate to change the election outcome. specified shifts, as noted, are hard to detect without recalculating. The analysis besides referred to the Citizen Election Protest.

It's the last day.

Monday June 16 is the last day to submit an election protest against the election of the president of the Republic of Poland. The protest must take its written form and can be submitted straight to the ultimate Court in Warsaw between 8 and 16 hours or delivered at the Polish Post Office.

Persons surviving abroad may protest through the consul or the ship's captain if they appoint an agent in the country. The protest must meet the formal requirements set out in the Electoral Code.
