Another dispute in TK. This time in the background a loud resolution of the SN Labour Chamber

The Constitutional Tribunal dismissed the case initiated by the National Judicial Council, which challenged the provisions on the basis of which the Labour Chamber of the SN gave effect to the regulation of law which called into question the anticipation of the courts of appeal ruling in single-member compositions. The decision of the Constitutional Tribunal was not accepted, among others, by its president Bogdan Święczkowski.
