Further attacks on critical infrastructure in Poland

This is confirmed by authoritative [statistics](https://cyberdefence24.pl/cybersecurity/war-on-Ukrainian-Polish-is threatened-hybrid attacks). Just [look at the last 2 years](https://www.gov.pl/web/digitalisation/landscape-cyberspace): ** 40 000 incidents were reported in 2022; last year there were already 80 000 incidents.** 2024 the scale may be even higher, as indicated by the increase in cyber activity in the first half of the year.
