The US and Ukraine delegations will meet on Sunday in Saudi Arabia to discuss the Russian-Ukrainian War. The Kiev authorities anticipate an agreement on a partial truce on energy facilities, civilian infrastructure and the provision of free shipping in the Black Sea.
