Another amendment to e-Services. Published project

At the beginning of this year, the e-Service strategy was yet implemented. As we presented in our portal, after [multi-monthly work](https://cyberdefence24.pl/politics-and-law/project-novelization-laws-in-e-doreczen-not-ready-entities) on the amendment of the law, [it was adopted by the Sejm](https://cyberdefence24.pl/politics-i-law/e-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re) in November 2024.
