'Voluntary Coalition' talks about changing Ukraine's support strategy

Representatives of the United Kingdom and France acknowledged that the precedence in supporting Ukraine should not be to deploy European troops on its territory, but to strengthen its defence capabilities in the long word without involving the United States.
