Laboratory Opinion 24 reported on Tuesday atTemat.pl the results of the latest study, which shows that the Civic Coalition achieved a very good result, clearly preceding the Law and Justice and gaining a crucial advantage over the main political rival. The Confederacy besides enjoys advanced support, while the Left would be outside the Sejm.
According to the latest opinion poll24 in March, the biggest support among Poles determined to participate in the elections is enjoyed by the Civic Coalition, which has 34.8% supporters. The second position is Law and Justice, for which 27 percent of respondents would vote.
New vote of support for political parties
"Another place belongs to the Confederation, for which 18.5 percent of respondents would vote. The 3rd road in terms of support takes 4th place with the consequence of 7.1 percent of voters. 4.6% of respondents would vote for Lewica, while 2.4% of respondents would vote for the Together Party" – the experts described. 4.9 percent of Poles do not know who they would vote for.
As compared to the erstwhile month, the percent of people planning to vote for the Civic Coalition (by 3.5 percent points) increased to the top degree and the percent of supporters of Law and Justice fell (3 percent points). In the case of the Confederation we have a continuation of the growth trend (+1.9 pp.).
– Although today's focus is mainly on polls relating to the support of presidential candidates, it is besides worth looking at the results of organization preferences. If elections to the Sejm were held in March, the Civic Coalition would win them with a consequence of October 2023 – commented on the results of this survey by the social investigation manager Urszula Krassowska of the Opinion24.
Krassowska: This is besides the best consequence in the last 12 months
– This is besides the best consequence in the last 12 months. The Confederate can besides boast its best result, but it is worth a distance approach to this result, due to the fact that among the voters of this organization there is simply a large part of specified people who are not characterised by electoral activity in the past," she added.
The expert besides recalled that "Confederation wins among the youngest respondents, Civic Coalition among the oldest".
– In the countryside, the best consequence is achieved by the Law and Justice, and in larger cities by the Civic Coalition. The electorates of the individual parties are mostly consistent in their elections and declare voting for those candidates/candidates for president who run under the name of their parties or are supported by them. But this is not 100% support and this difference can, among another things, decide on the final result of the May elections – she described.
What would turnout be? In March, as many as 83 percent of Poles declared their willingness to participate in parliamentary elections if they were to take place next Sunday. In turn, 64 percent of respondents are certain to participate in the vote, and 19 percent indicate that they will alternatively go to polling urns.
13 percent of respondents are opposed. 8 percent of respondents say that they will not vote, and 5 percent little powerfully say that they do not intend to go to the polling place. 4 percent of Poles cannot find whether they will participate in the vote.
The survey was conducted on 17-21 March.
