The ultimate Court will adopt a resolution on the validity of the President's elections on 1 July, after considering about 56,000 electoral protests. The president of the ultimate Court, Małgorzata Manowska, informed that a crucial part of them stems from the action of Mr Roman Giertych and Mr Michał Wawrynkiewicz.
