Infrastructure Minister Dariusz Klimczak (PSL) unexpectedly hit the talker of the Parliament of Vladimir Czarzaste (Levice) with fresh regulations on kilometres. The Minister of the Interior and Administration who listened to this, Marcin Kierwiński, looked like he could barely halt laughing.
