Kim Jong Un assures Putin of "brotherly" support

Russia and North Korea have a "special relationship" based on "trust, relationship and alliance," Russian leader Vladimir Putin declared yesterday in Beijing. Kim Jong Un stressed that Korea considers Russia's support to be its "brotherly duty".
