Kim Jong Un announced closer cooperation with Russia

According to KCNA, Kim sent fresh Year's greetings to Putin and all the Russians, including Russian soldiers, and expressed his willingness to "further strengthen bilateral ties", which, as both leaders pointed out, "lifted to a fresh level this year".
