The South Korean Sand Times portal, citing anonymous sources in North Korea, reports that the contingent was coerced into military recruits who had improperly performed their duties and relatives of people of “unclean origin”. Under this concept there are families of refugees to China and South Korea.
‘The General Political Office of the People's Army has issued guidelines for selection under the name “special training in abroad countries” and has been defined to take into account problematic staff,’ the origin provided.
