— According to the auditors, as well as the lawyers working with the ministry, it is apparent that these actions were taken to sweep the case under the carpet, so that those liable for the decision-making process and for the specified conduct of these events would not endure any consequences,” Kiervinski said.
In turn Deputy Minister Czesław Mrkok recalled the public's reaction to the incidental involving the Black Hawk Police chopper in Sarnowa Góra in August 2023. According to his assessment, this event caused large public concern and importantly damaged the reputation of the police.

— The police chopper through its maneuvers during this picnic led to a break in the power line and brought a threat to the lives and wellness of the people there, he recalled.
Mroczek pointed out that this situation was not only limited to misuse of the chopper for private interests and purposes, but besides posed a real threat to the wellness and life of people on the part of the police.
He stressed that as early as March the municipality's mayor had applied for approval to usage a police chopper during the picnic, however, it was disproved. However, 4 days before the event, as a consequence of the intervention of the then deputy chief of the Ministry of abroad Affairs, Maciej Wąsik, the decision was reversed and the police sent a chopper to the picnic. Mroczek noted that this occurred during the election run period, and the picnic was held in the election area where Wąsik applied for a parliamentary mandate.
— This example shows a full scope of activities of representatives of the then government camp, who engaged the funds and tools of the Polish state in their own run to gain their own benefits (...). Thus, the legal regulations concerning the conduct of the electoral campaign, the financial limits for the conduct of the electoral run were exceeded. In short, the representatives of the Ministry of abroad Affairs liable for the observance of public policy in the country were grossly violating this order,” he said.
He besides pointed out that the actions of the most crucial representatives of the Polish state, who usage state funds and institutions for individual benefit, especially for election purposes, at the same time endangering the general safety and wellness and life of citizens, cannot be tolerated.
