Any effort to improvement courts must respect legalism. Solidarity tradition teaches that good change must be done through the law. Defective institutions, specified as the home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the NS, abolish and transform by the power of laws passed and announced. On the basis of decisions of global tribunals, it cannot be declared that these institutions do not be and that they do not apply.
