Mandatory defensive training for all female and all man after advanced school, a trained reserve capable of rapidly developing even to a millionth army and fresh duties for parliamentarians – these are elements of the plan for rebuilding Polish defence policy presented by the improvement Plus environment. The authors of the concept want to base the model of the army, among others, on solutions utilized in Finland.
