It is not only the president of the United States Donald Trump who wants to get Ukrainian minerals. EU Commissioner for Industrial strategy Stephane Sejourne proposed to the Kiev authorities a "winner agreement" on the usage of Ukrainian mineral resources – reported media in Ukraine on Tuesday.
