Thursday (9.11.2023) The European Parliament voted to remove the immunity of 4 Euro MPs from PiS and sovereign Poland: Beacie Kempie, Beacie Mazurek, Patryk Jak and Tomasz Poręba. Depriving them of their protection of immunity is intended to let for legal proceedings in Poland on the Twitter alert they have made available. It was an entry of Law and Justice from the run to the 2018 local election. It featured a place with the slogan “Safe Local Government”, in which the place showed the risks associated with the influx of migrants and suggested that Poland would look like this in 2020 if the Civic Platform won.

How did it happen that 4 Polish MEPs were deprived of immunity for entry on social media? In November 2021 he filed an indictment in this case in the territory Court of Warsaw-Mokotów Rafał Gawel, the founder of the Racist and Xenophobic behaviour Monitoring Centre. Gaweł is presently in Norway, where he escaped just before in January 2019 the Whitestock court issued a final conviction condemning him to 2 years in prison for fraud for nearly PLN 800,000. Hunted by Gaweł's BOLO, he introduced himself in Norway as a victim of political persecution and obtained asylum. Poland demanded extradition of the fraud, but Norway ignored this request.

It is no wonder that Gaweł feels impunityless and alternatively of sprinkleing ashes on his head, he erstwhile and for all is filing lawsuits against Poles accusing them of actions that the political correctness of the European Union qualifies as a “talk of hatred” and “crimes of hatred”. In the case of 4 Polish Euro MPs, the allegation put forward by Gawł is the dissemination on Twitter of a place "which contains content calling for hatred against the background of ethnic, racial and spiritual differences". Thus, the indictment refers to Article 256 of the Criminal Code, which, since 1 October 2023, reads as follows: “Who promotes publically Nazi, Communist, fascist or another totalitarian state strategy or calls for hatred against national, ethnic, racial, spiritual or non-denominational differences, is punishable by imprisonment of up to 3 years.” Prior to this amendment, the penal code provided for a fine, a punishment of imprisonment or imprisonment of up to 2 years.

The prosecution twice dismissed the PiS election place due to the deficiency of the signs of a prohibited act, so Rafał Gaweł brought a subsidiary indictment to court. Only the victim in the case is entitled to bring specified an act. How did Gawel get hurt by a PiS run place that doesn't mention to him in any way? According to information posted on Twitter by Bartosz Lewandowski, who is simply a defender of 4 MEPs, Gaweł stated that he was in Britain in 2017, where he "signed up as a political refugee". That's it. How did that number pass? Well, if you want to hit a dog, you'll find a stick. The number “on the victim” in cases dismissed by the prosecution passes in Polish courts not for the first time. That's how Jack Meaty was convicted. It has nothing to do with the law, but it's not about the law.

Let's go back to Gawl's indictment. On the basis of this, justice Edyta Snastin-Jurkun (a associate of the militant Iustitia Association of the Law and Justice) made a request to the Europarliament to waive the immunity of 4 appointed by Gawla Euro MPs. The proposal went to the EP's Committee on Legal Affairs, which gave a affirmative opinion on Tuesday (7.11.2023), although the rapporteur for this committee, Gilles Lebreton, indicated that the proposal was political and should be rejected. But he was not rejected, and 2 days later, the European Parliament applauded the withdrawal of the immunity. Of course, Polish MEPs from the alleged full opposition voted in favour of the proposal. Now the case will go to the Polish court and it will happen. That's not why justice Snastin-Jurkun did what she did to make specified a beautiful accusation go to waste.

Gaweł accused not only 4 Euro MPs, but besides the justice of the Constitutional Tribunal Krystyna Pawłowicz, PiS MP Joanna Lichocka, PiS MP Paweł Kierzernaker and Culture Minister Piotr Gliński and the head of the MON, Mariusz Błaszczak. In July 2023, the Sejm, in which the Law and Justice had a majority at the time, rejected applications to waive their immunity. But the European Parliament is another pair of shoes. And so 4 Polish MEPs will be tried for "calling to hate".

Is that good or bad? And yes and yes. Bad due to the fact that the rules on punishment for alleged hatred speech became a totalitarian method of closing people's mouths. This is what happens erstwhile imprecise legal provisions are introduced, which are utilized alternatively of protection against violence. Article 256 of the Penal Code is simply a provision that can be paraphrased like this: “a beak, for if not, you will sit.” At this point I will remind you that Jacek Międlar was sentenced to a year of restrictions on freedom for speech of hatred in the form of the cry "Polska anti-Banderowska". The justice found that with this cry he insulted the “Border Nation”. What's she gonna do? Nothing! Give a man, and the extraordinary caste will knock him off Article 256 kk or 257 kk (“Who publically insults a group of people or a peculiar individual due to his national, ethnic, racial, spiritual or due to his indiscriminateness or for specified reasons violates the physical integrity of another person, is subject to imprisonment until the age of 3. Both regulations long like gum from underpants and stone the soul, hell is gone.

And now it is time to answer the question of why it is good that, as a consequence of the vote in the European Parliament, 4 Polish MEPs have lost their immunity as a consequence of the indictment of the "injured" Rafał Gawl of the OMZRiK and the motion made to the EP by the justice of the "free courts". It is good that this fact may make Poles aware that freedom of speech truly is at stake in the EU and that everyone can be accused of hatred speech. So far, judgments in specified cases have been utilized to persecute fences. Now the EU's “democrats” have engaged in dunging bigger fish, making the issue loud and showing what the eurokołchoz is, which many Poles see as a good aunt of the Union. That's not a good aunt. This is the creation in which democracy lies in the fact that a individual convicted by a final conviction for fraud is simply a tool for the persecution of people who, for various reasons, have fallen under the system.

Rafał Gaweł presents the result of today's EP vote as his large success. You got to be kidding me. Were it not for the political opponents of the Law and Sovereign Poland needed an excuse to give them their hands, The Gavel could file a 1000 indictments, and the lame leg dog wouldn't be interested. Gavel is simply a useful tool for Euro-Colochoz. And that's what his "adventure" is all about on social media.

There is besides a symbolic dimension in this matter. This is simply a man who has been convicted of fraud on the basis of irrefutable evidence has become a tool for implementing the alleged democratic regulation of law. But that shouldn't surprise anyone. The EU elites, which openly mention to the heritage of the communist Altiero Spinelli and prosecute his demands in the Manifest of Ventotene, act in accordance with the communist rule of "socially close element". This is due to the fact that criminals become partners in the persecution of those identified as opponents of the system.

Why is this happening? due to the fact that criminals have no scruples and are willing to lie, cheat, and without blinking their own parent sell. Without specified sewers, a strategy of "universal happiness" cannot be built. That's why an alliance of criminals with alleged unis is simply inevitable. Not without reason, the Civic Platform wins elections in prisons and detentions. And for a reason, the individual has declared a triumph present in the fight against the alleged hatred speech. Who knows – possibly he will inactive receive an EU award for merit in the fight against reaction?
