Waldemar Żurek: "I have submitted a motion for the waiver of immunity, detention and forcible detention of MEP Patryk Jaki. The case concerns serious charges under Article 231 § 2 of the Criminal Code. The evidence points to unlawful and manual control of the personnel policy of the Prison Service."
