Qatar buys French transporters?

This information means a large chance for the French branch of KNDS, which has been [for years trying to sale to Qatar](https://defence24.pl/power-arms/French-wheel-transportery-for-catar) a fresh version of its VBCI wheeled infantry car. In 2017, French president Emmanuel Macron visited Qatar, which coincided with the announcement of buying 490 wheeled infantry wagons based on French VBCI for the army there. The tower systems for them were to come from a producer's chosen by the Qatari army. A year later Konsberg announced transportation to these vehicles of its unmanned tower systems and combat modules like Protector. Since then, however, the negotiations have died, which translated into the appearance of another disturbing information for the French around this order.
