Apart from surviving in Gdańsk, where he lives with his family, he besides owned a studio apartment. A fewer days later, the portal stated that Jerzy Z., the erstwhile owner of the studio apartment, gave it to Nawrock and his wife in exchange for care and maintenance, that is, on the basis of a life contract, but the man went to a welfare home.
Supported by the PiS, the candidate later reported that the studio would be donated to charity. A fewer days later, the president of the Christian Charity Association in Gdynia Bogdan Palmowski told PAP that on 14 May the association signed a donation agreement with Nawrocki regarding the transfer of a studio which previously belonged to Jerzy Z. The agreement includes a clause that says that if Jerzy Z.'s wellness permits this, the man will be able to return to the apartment.
