Upon his return from an authoritative visit to the US, president Karol Nawrocki is expected to announce a final decision on the swearing in of six Constitutional Court judges elected by the Sejm on March 13. However, the temper in the ruling camp is clear: the time for negotiations is over. The Justice Ministry announces the implementation of alternate scenarios to let the judges to take office even without the participation of the head of state.
