The justice of the Lubań territory Court (Lower Silesia) was to drive a motorhome and collide with another cars. After the incident, he went home, where the police found him. His blood was taken to test for alcohol. The Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek made a decision about a month's "break-up of the justice in authoritative duties". In practice, that doesn't change much due to the fact that the justice has been on sick leave for almost a year.
