On Tuesday, Sławomir Mentzen, a Confederate candidate for the office of President, announced his intention to invitation Karol Nawrocki and Rafał Trzaskowski to a joint discussion and to sign a programme declaration before the second circular of the presidential election.
There is no better way to convince my constituents than to appear on my social media. My constituents don't watch your TV, they don't buy your media propaganda. They usage social media, they watch my stuff. If you care about their voices, convince them. – wrote Mentzen on platform X.
He wants to convince the right side.
Chief of Staff of the Civic Coalition, Wioletta Paprocka, informed that the gathering of Rafał Trzaskowski with Sławomir Mentzen will take place on Saturday at 19 o'clock. The same conversation will besides be held with candidate Karol Nawrocki – on the same day, at 13 p.m.
The Citizen Coalition candidate explained on Wednesday on TVN 24 that he attended the gathering only to talk. He added that he did not intend to sign any declarations blind, but will focus on discussions on postulates and another issues raised.
Trzaskowski, asked in the program if he realized that Mentzen would not encourage a vote for him, replied: With all due respect to Mr Sławomir Mentzen (...), I am going there due to the fact that thanks to this, I hope, will be able to talk indirectly to the voters of Sławomir Mentzen.
Trzaskowski convinces Zandberg
Trzaskowski was asked if he was planning to initiate a conversation with Adrian Zandberg, the candidate of the organization Together, who won 4.86% of the votes in the first round. I'd love to talk to Mr. Adrian Zandberg. I hope she responds to my request to meet – he replied. He added that although he did not number on direct support, he would be pleased to have a conversation because, as he stressed, they share many common values and views.
Regarding housing issues: I would be delighted if Mr Zandberg (...) supported the democratic side – said Trzaskowski. I am ready to talk, to take into account certain demands, to cooperate. It would be large if Adrian Zandberg said, "in this hard situation I will vote for Rafał Trzaskowski and others will do as they see fit" – added candidate KO.
