Mariusz Kamiński and Maciej Wąsik did not attend the first gathering after leaving the prison. In consequence to a journalist's question about Simon Holownia's waiting for them to arrive, Wąsik replied:
We show up, doesn't know the day or the hour. Keep him waiting.
In an interview given on tv in Poland.pl politicians began by discussing their wellness after a past hunger, admitting to losing weight, but noted that they feel good, although any problems arise.
In the context of their presence in the Sejm, politicians stressed that they thank both wives and demonstrators for their help. Kamiński expressed his gratitude for the regular applause and support they received from people, adding that it was a large moral impulse.
In consequence to the question of expected presence in the Sejm, Wąsik powerfully stated that they would appear in the coming days, but on their own terms and with parliamentary credentials. Kamiński recalled the earlier postponement of the sitting by the Holovnia during their announcement to appear in the Sejm.
So Mr. Wąsik and Kamiński were incapable to come to the Sejm due to the fact that they were "tortured at Tusk's command", but to the president and the media they had the strength to go full of strength and joy?

In the following part of the interview, Kamiński commented on Kozakiewicz's motion in the Sejm, arguing that it was a dignity motion of a man who knew that he would shortly go to prison and responded to unfavorable shouts from certain political groups. He besides mentioned the fear he felt from his opponents and the threats he received from criminal trials, which he felt came from the past.
It wasn't a motion or vulgar or arrogant. It was a motion of a man who knew that he was about to go to prison, walked into the hall and heard specified a organization mob shouting “to prison!” It was a motion of dignity.
He besides added:
What Holovnia and his back area do is simply a large lawlessness. This lawlessness is actually a blow to the foundations of the democratic system. Illegally, illegally, Members are trying to deprive them of their ability to exercise their mandates.
