Kallas: shortly the first tranche for Ukraine with frozen Russian assets

Another gathering of the EU-Ukraine Association Council was held in Brussels on Wednesday. A further tranche of the EU loan, amounting to EUR 1 billion, for macro-financial assistance to Ukraine was besides paid that day.
