Kalisz: Almost 100 cyclists came to St. Joseph

Almost 100 cyclists came to Kalisz for the indulgence of St. Joseph's Care as part of the 4th Diocese Bicycle Pilgrimage to St. Joseph. The founder of the pilgrimage is the Kaliski bishop Fr Damian Bryl.

As part of the 4th Diocese Bicycle Pilgrimage, cyclists from the parish of Our woman of Czestochowa and Our woman of Fatima from Ostrów Wielkopolski, Pleszew, Jarocina, Opatowa k. Kępna, Brzeźnia and the group from Liskow, who together with the parish priest Fr. Andrzej Klimek in this form has been pilgrimaged for respective years.

The coordinator of the diocesan cycling pilgrimage is Fr Mariusz Przybylski, who arrived this year with a group from the parish of St. Florian in Pleszew.

"The pilgrimage was born from the thought of Bishop Damian Bryl, who encouraged and invited us to pilgrimage to St. Joseph, due to the fact that we have a beautiful patron who takes care of our diocese. The pilgrimage departs from different places of the diocese and reaches a common prayer to Kalisz. As diocesan, we feel the care of St.Joseph on a regular basis, and we ask him to proceed to care for us," stressed Fr Mariusz Przybylski.

The clergyman added that there were people of different ages and even families among pilgrims.

– This year I run the group from Pleszew for the first time. Today, the household who came to ask for the power of blessing from God, through the intercession of our patron Saint Joseph, joined us.
