W There are already 3 projects to grow access to the execution of unborn children. He's got a fourth. Members are in a hurry to legalize the crime.
The following parliamentary projects may be first read on 7-9 February:
- the 3rd Road task restoring abortion on sick and disabled children,
- the Citizens' Coalition task “aware parenthood”,
- a task by the Left on the alleged depenalisation of abortion,
- another Lewica task on legalizing abortion.
All proposals will origin mass murders in Polish hospitals. They violate the Constitution and ignore 2 judgments of the Constitutional Court on the protection of life (1997 – abortion for social reasons, 2020 – eugenic abortion). All ignore the will of millions of Poles who signed under the #Stop Abortion and another laws for life.
Briefly on each of the execution laws.
Leftist Project The abortion depenalisation is expected to stay the abortion bill itself. The following points are added to the Criminal Code:
- ceases to be a crime of killing the kid with the consent of the parent during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy (for no reason, just on request),
- you don't punish yourself for killing a kid suspected of being sick until the end of her pregnancy.
Third Way Project It's just writing. He will pretend to be “compromising” due to the fact that he will focus on children with disabilities, but in practice he will be an introduction to killing all the small ones. due to the fact that if you can ignore the judgement of the TC on eugenics, why not ignore the erstwhile abortion conviction on request?
Civil Coalition Project and the Levite task on legalization of abortion are utmost and carry out the worst leftist demands. Among others:
- legalize abortion on request until 12 weeks of age of the child,
- extend the anticipation of killing if the kid is suspected to have been conceived by a prohibited act (until 18 weeks of age of the kid on the basis of a message – KO, until 24 weeks – Left),
- bring the killing of sick children to birth date,
- the task of the Left states that a simple ultrasound examination is adequate to execution a sick child, no further diagnosis is necessary,
Both projects force entities having an agreement with NFZ to murder, or to conclude contracts with ‘subcontractors’ or to indicate who and where will execution the child,
- order the kid to be killed within a maximum of 72 hours of expressing his will (the task of the Left says it does not should be written will),
- aid pedophiles not to endure the effects of kid rape as they set the age of 13 as a limit above which it affects the decision to have an abortion. Below this age, a girl can besides “speak an opinion”,
- draft KO removes the definition of a kid from conception to adulthood from the Ombudsman's Law and introduces compulsory sex and reproduction lessons into schools,
- the task of the Left straight suggests cutting children alive into pieces as a method of abortion (so-called surgical abortion).
The conceived children are in grave danger and request immediate help.
As shortly as I received information about the examination of projects in the Sejm, I asked the coordinators of the Foundation to prepare a picket at Wiejska Street – so that the parliamentarians who met could hear it. A voice for life must be meaningful, due to the fact that small children at hazard of abortion themselves will not be able to say anything.
