Kadyrov: First drone attack on Chechnya

"Today at 6.30 a.m. (4.30 a.m. Polish time) in Gudermes, as a consequence of the drone attack, there was a fire on the roof of an empty building at the Russian University of peculiar Forces (whose patron is Vladimir Putin – p.m.).
