Kaczyński on the improvement of the country: "we stepped back". That's not true

Jarosław Kaczyński late meets with PiS sympathizers, encouraging to vote for Karol Nawrocki. He promises that he will be the best president for hard times, due to the fact that the current government has already led to "we have stepped back" in the improvement of the country. For proof, he cites statistic - but wrong.
