On Saturday, Tusk posted a social media entry that sparked a stormy discussion about the presidential election. It was about alleged irregularities in elected election committees. “You are not so simply curious about the real results of the vote?” he wrote.

The consequence from Jarosław Kaczyński did not take long. PiS president began his entry with a memory of the drama of the household from Warsaw, whose police took the children, and then a four-year-old boy died in a foster family.
– Is this a consequence of the policy of applying the law, quoting the classics, 'as we realize them'?' Kaczyński asked, while accusing the current ruling camp of seeking "substitutive themes".
– I remind Mr. Donald Tusk and your organization that the recalculation of all the votes is not provided by law. In Poland, for now, the Constitution and the resulting regulation of legalism (Article 7 of the Constitution) apply," added the president of Law and Justice.
