After a Sunday visit to Lublin Jarosław Kaczyński reached Rzeszów. There, at a gathering with voters, he unceremoniously attacked prof. Andrzej Zoll, Chancellor of Germany and the German people.
"Someone Zoll"
Kaczyński in Rzeszów spoke about issues concerning the oath of Karol Nawrocki. He said that "the another side made a large fuss around this," that "different kinds of people [...] say horrendous things".
And then he straight attacked prof. Andrzej Zoll. Let us remind: in his opinion, the National Assembly should receive a vow from Karol Nawrocki, but besides officially confirm the validity of his choice. due to the fact that the ultimate Court Chamber, which confirmed the validity of the elections, is not formally a court. The proposal is barely considered to be highly controversial, but Kaczyński clearly did not like it.
– If a guy named Zoll lately, saying he's a prof. is simply a small out of place. If a certain Zoll says that the National Assembly is to approve the ultimate Court's ruling, or even the consequence of the election, as if it were not, it is the best proof that everything happened – Kaczyński was upset.
– This man is not ashamed. I don't know his evidence in criminal law, but I do know that his strength and position stem primarily from his grandfather's position and great-grandfather's. They were both prominent lawyers. As for this gentleman, I'll leave it to the others, due to the fact that I don't know anything about it. But this is proof of what those who should respect this right have come to do, should defender it and carry out their professional duties, which are moral duties," he said.
Let us remind: Andrzej Zoll is simply a lawyer, average prof. (so-called presidential), academic teacher. He was head of the PCW, justice and president of the Constitutional Court and ombudsman. He wrote 200 technological papers, in 1989 he participated in the circular Table deliberations as a legal expert on "Solidarity". He was honored with the highest state distinctions.
Kaczyński besides rode the Germans
President of PiS felt that German Chancellor Friedrich Merz interfered in Poland's interior affairs due to the fact that he expressed discontent with Nawrock's choice.
– They're interfering, and that's beautiful brazen. [...] It is meddling in Polish matters and it is simply a typical of a nation who should be peculiarly careful and stay as far distant from our matters as possible," he said.
And he didn't halt there.
The Germans did not punish war criminals. They were fine, but for the ordination trials, but it was a 1000 drops. They didn't make up for what they did to another countries. They refused reparation. They threw us any tiny scraps in a form that was unacceptable – he perorated.
– That means they didn't shed the mark of Nazism, Nazism. We gotta remember that. And we frequently do not remember that we have peculiar moral laws towards this country, not any obligations," he added.
