At 23 September 2025. The Constitutional Tribunal has appointed a proceeding on the rules governing the fact that the judgments of the Constitutional Tribunal are published in the authoritative diary of the Laws issued by the president of the Council of Ministers. In the meantime, the Parliamentary Legislative Commission took a position at its last meeting, requesting that the proceedings be terminated.
